There IS an obvious two-tiered justice system in this nation.

We’ve all seen it. From criminals being set free after rioting across the nation in 2020 while peaceful J6 protesters are villified as “insurrectionists” to the political prosecution of President Trump while Biden gets a pass at every turn, the justice system is being manipulated and making a mockery of the American principles of due process.

Robert Hur’s testimony solidified this yesterday when he noted that Biden was never exonerated for illegally taking classified documents when serving as both a Senator and Vice President.

Hur merely decided not to attempt to prosecute Biden due to his opinion that Biden would not be convicted. He is not the judge and jury.

Our justice system is supposed to run on equal application of the law for EVERYONE. If a black man commits the same crime as a white man, both are supposed to face the same charges and trial process.

But that hasn’t happened in our nation. We have a history of failing to live up to the laws and values which were created to ensure that justice is served.

Anyone claiming that President Trump can’t be facing a double standard, or two-tiered justice system because he is a white man is flat out lying. Polictical persecution is just as easily carried out as racial, religious, or familial discrimination and all have been displayed in our justice system. Just look at how white Christian families have been targeted by the FBI. Or black civil rights leaders. Or Asians during WWII.

We need to live up to our ideals, and that starts with reaffirming our values and equal application of the law for EVERYONE.
