The hubsy and I went to see ‘Reagan’ on opening night last Friday. Ronald Reagan was the president when I was born. I don’t know much about him other than some key policy information and how Republicans love him and the Dems just seem to try and not talk about him.
I’ve been asking my older family members about that period in history. My mom was a lifelong Democrat who walked away after 2020, and my grandpa was a union man, so needless to say my first memory of Reagan was the silly Halloween mask my grandparents had of him in their basement.
But the more I learn about President Reagan, the more I realize that the mainstream media propaganda has been running its games, toying with the American people, for longer than a lot of us knew. It’s all connected.
From the communists who infiltrated American unions and colleges, to the mainstream media moguls who are easily bought, the battles we are fighting now started long before I was born. President Reagan was one of the first people to #WalkAway from the Democrats, and that in itself speaks of a world of change.
So I had to write about it.
