Today in the latest episode of “I make bread try to look like things,” it’s all about Halloween.

My boys love our bread sculpting fun. My eldest boy wanted to make a bread scorpion–since he’s being a scorpion for Halloween this year.

And my youngest boy wanted to make mouse bread–since he’s dressing up as a blue mouse.

I’m so glad they enjoy mixing and shaping dough with me. My older girls have grown out of it and my youngest, she just shoves everything in her mouth.

Watching the shapes change after baking is the best fun.

They never look perfect, but they’re always fun.
