He got the idea from a crazy character in the Anne of Green Gables series (that I was reading to our daughters) who didn’t shave his beard for 20 years in protest of the party in power. haha

I love beards but this was a long time growing. It’ll be fun to see his chin again, AND watch the children’s reaction!
