Conservative leaders, friends and followers have struggled to understand the senseless violence that robbed this world of a man who devoted his life to peaceful discourse with individuals who opposed his views. But in the wake of this awful mourning period, his wife, Erika Kirk, delivered a courageous address on Friday night.”
I spent the past few days trying to figure out how I can possibly express what the death of Charlie Kirk means, and if it was even right for me to try and write about it.
Thankfully, Erika Kirk delivered a remarkable speech last night that helped pull everything together. Supporting her and highlighting the honest, loving, kind man that Charlie Kirk was, and the importance of his mission, was all I needed to do.
