I love author events. I get to talk to so many cool people. Yesterday I had a booth at the St. Louis Writers Guild annual Writers in the Park.

Being held indoors this year kind of cut foot traffic and I didn’t reach my sales goal, but I did talk to lots of cool people (readers and authors alike) and sales went up on my ebook. So even though I didn’t reap immediate benefits, I did receive some awesome support.

I love it.

Can’t wait for the next big event. I am booked to do a radio show in November, and to be featured in another local event as well.
