Britain is a hot mess. They’re giving probation to rapists and jailing those who speak out against violence committed by immigrants.
I don’t know if any of you heard about the Southport stabbings, where 3 little girls were murdered while at a dance class, but peaceful protesters have been deemed “terrorists” for refusing to ignore the attackers’ nationality and religion.
For over a decade, grooming gangs have been given a slap on the wrist despite raping over a thousand British girls because they were Muslim immigrants who ~didn’t know any better~.
It is not racist to punish criminals. It is racist to ignore crime for the sake of identity politics. It is destructive to make excuses for heinous acts and leave citizens desperate and helpless in the face of violence and chaos.
I also know that if 3 million Muslim immigrants move to Britain and only 3,000 of them are violent and hurtful, that those few thousand do NOT speak for all Muslims. But I agree with former Muslim writer/and politician Ayaan Hirsi Ali and believe that Islam needs to be reformed if it will ever have a place in the West.
Religious zealotry is virtually unknown in the West (especially in the U.S.) but it is heralded in predominately Muslim nations, where women struggle to obtain their basic human rights and violence is often encouraged.
UK law enforcement is rumored to be seeking criminal charges for Americans who post things they don’t like regarding their political unrest. I don’t know how true it is, but this is why we always say, “Keep your guns.”
Words are not crimes. I cannot understand how any writers or reporters can remain on the side of the British government when they are punishing people for internet posts.
But what do I know? I’m just a stupid conservative American who doesn’t want this bleeding onto our shores.
