Rebirth is a perfect way to describe this season, this year, and many other aspects of life. I’m truly grateful to be featured in this spring’s Rebirth Issue of Witchology magazine.

There has been so much uncertainty and anxiety in the recent past that I wanted to offer some positive exercises to aid readers in helping improve their mental and spiritual health. This is kind of a mission of mine. Uncertainty was my childhood. Facing fears is the great adventure of my life.
