The myth that women can just freeze their eggs and work through their most fertile years, then have a happy family without any issues has caught on. Since 2014 Big tech companies like FB and Google have paid for this option as a way to lock females into jobs without having to worry about maternity leave, the costs of health care, child care, and paid family leave.
