Sometimes late talking is a sign of autism, but oftentimes it’s the sign of an intelligent masculine boy, and they eventually catch up in verbal skills. I had no idea until my eldest son experienced this. Other parents opened up to me about their similar issues and directed me to materials by great minds like Thomas Sowell.

I still don’t understand why this isn’t common knowledge. Boys are not as verbal as girls, and boys with high IQs are known to talk later. It’s not a problem. It’s because they like to think well before they speak.

        ๐Ÿ’Ž It’s actually quite funny EveryOne; “boys” do generally have Lower IQ (Intelligence Quotient) than “girls” but, oddly enough, a far higher EQ (Emotional Quotient) which is evidenced by the far higher suicide rates in “boys” than “girls” EveryBody
