It shouldn’t even need to be said. Women have been having babies for thousands of years. And thanks to practices like washing our hands and passing on knowledge, natural childbirth is easier and safer than it’s ever been. But apparently some women “across the pond” think that giving birth naturally is something women do to join a club? IDK. It’s hard to keep up with (or even care about) what other people think these days.
Everyone has an opinion on everything, and plenty of people think THEIR way of parenting or handling pregnancy and child birth is the best way. I don’t really care what other women do, what I do care about is people attacking my choices, or expecting me to pay for their dangerous invasive health care.
So here’s my response to the idea that natural childbirth is over, and that women who chose to give birth naturally are being “cult-like.” Whatever that means. I mean, cults are pretty extreme. You either in one, or you’re not haha
