As someone who was homeless for a portion of my senior year of high school, I am 100% against this. Throwing money at problems never solves the causes. It merely shuts people us for a short span. This isn’t an effort to help anyone, it’s a bribe to get people to stop talking about California’s homelessness epidemic.
The only way for people to better themselves is through a will to do so, hard work, and the support of a few kind people. And I don’t mean monetary, I mean moral support.
π This is a Debate/Discussion that has piqued My Interest (pun definitely intended π€ ) EveryOne; because I “worked hard” πͺ π·ββοΈ π·ββοΈ and π¬π§ π π π π ππΎ π¬π§ it didn’t “work” for Me so I “Worked Smarter” and The Money Just Keeps On Rolling In NOW!!! while I AM No Longer Stressed π π ππΎ π π π π and Pressured with a ‘Real Job’ like Most People…that said π there Many People who Enjoy Their “Hard Work” and Many Folk who Earn from Their Creative “Hard Work” after receiving Welfare “Checks” then Sharing Their Fortune; please let that π ππΎ π ππΎ π π π Sink In before Commenting with a Knee Jerk Rebuttal
