Homeschooling wasn’t something I originally considered. But when the school district in our area lost accreditation we had no other choice. there was no money for private school (even with tuition assistance), and the commute to and from transfer options was insanely long and costly.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you CAN teach your children yourself. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to help children grow and learn and explore the world around them. There are more resources available to us than ever before!
