Writing is great. It makes you crazy, makes you doubt yourself, and then teaches you how awesome you are at the same time. Rejections are also fun. I expect everything I write will be rejected and then its a surprise when something is picked up.
When acceptances roll in for me lately, they come in threes. Figures right, I mean I am superstitious. So read my new stuff!
Beyond Imagination Literary Magazine’s April issue features my horror fiction, Wish for Redemption. And I found this really cool microfiction publications Postcard Shorts, you type your story up on a postcard and send it to them. If they like it, it’s posted. Love the idea, so fun and different. Except that my story, The Old Folks’ Home, is kind of sad. But you know, that’s writing. 🙂
Congrats on all the success, Jessica. My good wishes are tinged green with envy!
Thanks, one week I get acceptances, then for the rest of the month I’ll be beaten into submission with rejections so don’t envy me too much. haha
Great stuff – well done! You are right writing does make one crazy – have been wondering why I am like I am for ages – lol!
At least we’re in it together! heehee
