Saturday my award-winning poem “Paternal Admiration” will be featured on the Diverse TV YouTube channel along with my #1 Amazon bestselling short story, “Vocal Roots.”

It’s exciting to have others read my work for new audiences. Especially pieces that are so close to my heart.

Nonfiction is a market I do well in, but spec fic and poetry are more niche. So if you get a chance head over to Diverse TV and take a listen. I was pretty impressed when they approached me. The writing world is a lot smaller than we sometimes think it is, and I’m happy for that.
