I will never understand pop-culture’s obsession with celebrity children OR identity politics.

When I got this assignment I kind of switched into mama bear mode. Like: Why are we dissecting this young lady’s choices instead of letting her do her thing?

It bugs me to no end. I look at my kids and know that growing up is hard enough without public scrutiny or shocked reports about a teenage girl wearing a dress! OH NO. What is the world coming to. A famous child is getting in touch with her femininity~
