I’ve heard people say, “she uses humor as a coping mechanism” as if that’s a BAD thing. I mean I guess I could drink, do drugs, become a ho ho ho, or deal with life in other ways, but honestly I’d rather laugh and have fun. Is that really unhealthy?

Many thanks for your post. It has been said laughter is the best medicine. Laughter is the best way to deal with the beast, whether government beast, big pharma beast etc.
I try my best, so I play with words on my site, sometimes very much so, depending on what I write about. I dare say you will have plenty of better things to do to amuse you and your family, but if you should be at a loose end, you might do worse to look in at what I call my establishment and see what is on the menu.
