Gossnell not only killed at least dozens of babies but endangered the lives of countless women. He operated legally while authorities turned a blind eye for years.
He is still alive and serving his prison sentence. He has no remorse, believes he is a hero, and writes poems about abortion being a gift from god. This is a doctor who literally killed living babies who were born breathing and fully developed. After killing them he cut off their feet and kept them in jars as souvenirs.
