It’s pumpkin season!
All the crazy bakers out there–like me– were lining up to nab baking pumpkins over the weekend in anticipation of all the wonders this month will bring. I also have the excuse of being a mother of 4, and my husband and I are excited to announce that we’ve got another little one on the way.
There’s so much to celebrate and cook up this time of year. But I’m also a healthy mama. I try not to go too sugary and am always working to maintain balance. Especially as my belly pops.
Of course, I can’t deny everyone the fun of baking and so for this month’s issue of Witch Way Magazine I wrote about baking for good health and even included my famous pumpkin bread recipe. Please enjoy. (but don’t go overboard! SHARE haha)
