Maybe I should have read this first before commenting on the other post. This right here is what needs to happen, and what needs to be voted on. If this is part of what they’re doing in filing the amicus brief, then maybe they’re actually finally doing something.
Went back to read the other article, the amicus brief seems to be something completely separate from this. They need to rescind the subpoenas, and I’m not sure there’s much point to them piggybacking onto Bannon’s appeal with an official filing of their OPINION on the illegitimacy of the committee that issued them, unless they ACTUALLY rescind the subpoenas FIRST.
