Okay, I don’t do the modern misandry thing, so this is nothing against men, masculinity, or meant to pit anyone against anyone else. It is merely a piece I wanted to offer about how women have certain skills that can be utilized to enhance their ability to lead at work and with volunteer/community settings.

There are so many articles and movements that push women to be more masculine in order to take charge, and sure that might work for some ladies, but the rest of us have our own style and purpose that is deeply rooted in our feminine energy. Honing in on it can offer us a better sense of self and success.
