I will never claim to be any kind of business mogul. I’m not into heavy networking. I’m definitely not a bulldog. My approach is more about bonding, connecting and finding a way to make even the most tedious tasks fun.

But this time of year is when we can relax a little and reach out. Company parties offer a great opportunity to share some holiday joy with co-workers.
