“Children are smart. They have the ability to learn things we adults have lost. Many parents witness this every day and want to foster a love of learning to encourage their children to do well in school, but sometimes we mistake intelligence for maturity.

Just because a 3 year old likes books, doesn’t mean they need to be shipped off to school. Sure my 3-year-old son loves building things, but I wouldn’t sign him up for a carpentry apprenticeship yet.”
